He also serves a key leadership role in guiding project teams and developing strategic visions and business plans. For the last 46 years, his partners at The Kulka Group have managed an enviable $3BB in Construction and Real Estate development projects comprising hotels, luxury residences, community centers, retail centers, industrial facilities, and corporate offices. Since 2016, Rob has helped reposition the Kulka brand and assisted the revamp of operating procedures to maximize profits and optimize the company’s ability to make the most of emerging opportunities.
