Amanda Carnesi is the President and founder of one of the leading healthcare marketing firms on Long Island, Prescription PR Inc. After receiving her BFA in Public Relations and a master’s degree in Counseling from LIU Post, Amanda quickly rose among the business world’s ranks.
Following graduation, Amanda found employment assisting with the marketing efforts of several local private healthcare practices. It was in these roles where she truly began to master her healthcare marketing skills. She played a direct role in boosting these practices’ success by managing and implementing marketing campaigns and building referral networks with other physicians. However, while serving as a physician liaison and building these referral networks, Amanda quickly recognized the improvements that could be made within the field of private practice healthcare marketing. These were the seeds in which Prescription PR Inc. would sprout from.
Much like the need for providing medical attention never rests, neither did Amanda’s drive and desire to help Prescription PR Inc. grow and thrive. Since its foundation in 2011, Prescription PR Inc. has transformed from a small firm with a few local clients to one that has clients across the country, serving practices focusing on nearly every type of medical specialty.
