Priscilla Consolo was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to a working-class, blue-collar family. She is first generation college and professional school graduate, and a proud product of New York City’s public education system. After graduating from Midwood High School, Priscilla attended Fordham University College at Lincoln Center, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude (with highest honors), with a major in history and a minor in political science. During her time at Fordham, she was active in Campus Ministry and served as the President of Phi Alpha Theta (the History Honor Society). Also while at Fordham, she was awarded a number of academic honors, including being selected for the Dean’s List (all semesters), induction into Phi Beta Kappa, and receiving a number of scholarships based on outstanding merit, which covered 90% of her tuition. Priscilla then earned her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, which she attended on a full-tuition AnBryce Scholarship, and received the Ann Petluck Poses Memorial Prize upon her graduation. At NYU, she served as Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review, the school’s prestigious academic journal, and published her Note in the November 2019 issue of the publication. In addition, as a law student, Priscilla participated in four different public service term internships during each semester of her 2L and 3L years, serving at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, S.D.N.Y., Civil and Criminal Divisions; New York City Law Department, Legal Counsel Division; and Advocates for Children of New York.

In both 2017 and 2018, Priscilla worked at the New York office of elite law firm, Kirkland & Ellis, as a Summer Associate, and joined the firm full-time, post-graduation, as a Litigation Associate in the fall of 2019. Upon passing the July 2019 New York State Bar Exam, Priscilla was sworn into the New York State Bar in January of 2020. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Priscilla’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, government and internal investigations, and securities litigation, including contractual and fiduciary duty disputes, antitrust violations, consumer class actions, white collar defense, and bankruptcy matters. In addition to representing major financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies, Priscilla maintains an active pro bono practice in special education rights and advocacy for underprivileged New York City public school students with disabilities. Among other projects, her pro bono work also includes assisting New York City small business owners affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in applying for financial relief programs, and creating and executing life planning documents for COVID-19 frontline essential healthcare workers and first responders.
