Steven, a founding partner, and an attorney by trade, negotiates purchase and sale contracts and financing agreements on complex transactions. Throughout the development process, from obtaining entitlements through construction, Steven has an aptitude for fast-tracking deals from concept to completion, paving the way to profitable residential communities and commercial developments.

Throughout his career, Steven has built a formidable foundation of trust and rapport with partners, lenders, and stakeholders. He has negotiated purchase and sale agreements and leases, and has secured the entitlements for the construction of over 4,000 housing units in the tri-state area, as well as credit tenant retailers Lifetime Fitness, Rite-Aid, QuickChek, and Stop & Shop.

With an enduring commitment to the community, Steven is a board member and lends his time, resources, and expertise to organizations close to his heart including, The Long Island Housing Partnership, The Long Island Builders Institute, and Vision Long Island.

Steven graduated cum laude from Tulane University and studied abroad at the London School of Economics and Political Science where he was a member of the traveling basketball team. He earned his law degree at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University where he has endowed the Maxwell Krieger Real Estate Scholarship.
