Diana Aceti has been the Director of Development & Events at SOFO since September, 2015. Prior to that, she excelled as Director of Development at the Watermill Center, Bay Street Theater, and from 2005 – 2012, at the Ross School, where she launched the School’s Annual Starlight Ball and produced three sold-out events featuring the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin. Diana Aceti is a strategically oriented and accomplished Business Executive with career work in fundraising and public relations. She has over 20 years of extensive leadership experience in major gift cultivation and closure through strategic global donor relationship, solicitation and stewardship. Before she moved from Manhattan to the East End, she served as the Art Advisor for Time Warner, Inc. and managed public relations and marketing for numerous private and corporate clients including National Geographic and the Food Network. Diana has a daughter, Danielle Gingerich, who founded her very successful Social Media, Marketing and Public Relations Company DG Creative Media in 2010.
