Founder & Executive Director

Shola Thompson is the founder, and executive director of the Community Revitalization Partnership (crpartnership.org), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization based in South Jamaica Queens founded to create safe and inspirational spaces for youth and their families to live, work, play and THRIVE. CRP provides counseling, spearheads neighborhood initiatives, and runs youth programs to foster economic, personal growth, and social justice for youth and families. To date, Thompson has successfully spare-headed in-school programs to create a therapeutic pathway as an alternative for punitive measures for students experiencing behavioral, social, and emotional challenges during the day at school. Thompson works to ensure that all students are loved, listened to, have the tools needed to thrive in environments that inspire them, and have the skills to advocate for themselves.
