This year, we are proud to further elevate excellence and inclusion through dedicated DEI Award Categories, honoring outstanding leaders through the Latin Impact Awards, Caribbean Impact Awards, and Gay City News Impact Awards- recognizing individuals whose work strengthens communities, amplifies diverse voices, and drives meaningful change across the East End.

VIP Power Hour

This is the power hour where the honorees have an opportunity to meet one another and network before the rest of the guests arrive. Sponsors will be available to meet with honorees and provide special offers. Honorees receive their Schneps Media star pin to become an official Star Networking member. Drinks and Hors D’oeuvres will be served. Pictures are taken to be featured in the Long Island Press and relationships are started.
