Power Women of Long Island celebrates women who are making a lasting impact by advancing their fields, strengthening connections, and leading meaningful change in their communities. Through this event, Schneps Media honors more women across the New York market than any other organization, building a powerful network of women alumni. Included are Icons whose influence and legacy have shaped their industries, Risings, representing the next generation of dynamic female leadership, and women forging a path awarded special titles for outstanding achievement.

This year, we are proud to further elevate excellence and inclusion through dedicated DEI Award Categories, honoring outstanding leaders through the Latin Impact Awards, Caribbean Impact Awards, and Gay City News Impact Awards- recognizing individuals whose work strengthens communities, amplifies diverse voices, and drives meaningful change across Long Island.
