Gaspare Mistretta

President
Queensboro Chapter of UNICO National

Gaspare Mistretta has been serving as the Company Owner of City View Construction Services. He was born in Bushwick Brooklyn NY to Sicilian immigrant parents from Partanna, Sicily. Mistretta learned at a very young age that good ethics of family first and hard work would be his only path and would guarantee a secure and prosperous future.

Mistretta worked in his dad’s restaurant through school and on weekends and eventually opened his own restaurant in Forest Hills, Queens. He sought to climb the ladder and break the mold of working long hours and a seven day work week in his restaurant; he sold off his interest in early 2003 and transitioned into Real Estate
Investments, Management and Construction Management to the present day.

Mistretta was introduced to community service organizations having participated and joined clubs such as Kiwanis, Unico, and local business chambers of commerce in Forest Hills and Maspeth, Queens. He has taken allegiance to: “The Queensboro Chapter Of Unico National” for which he now serves as President since 2019.

Unico National is the largest Italian American Service Organization in the USA when mentioning work with Queensboro Unico. Mistretta, through his Queensboro Unico Chapter, has been directly responsible with the help of his co-members and colleagues in raising funds and assisting with the relief efforts for organizations such as: Veterans relief, NYPD, education, JDRF, Alzheimer’s, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Toys for Tots, local food pantries, and becoming an advocate to preserving Italian heritage and supporting Italian Americans in realizing the American dream.
