Injury attorney Donna A. Fafinski is a 1989 graduate of Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Fafinski began her career litigating complex matters in the fields of medical malpractice, toxic torts, and general liability. Ms. Fafinski is our lead appellate attorney and has successfully perfected and argued appeals to the Appellate Division of New York’s First and Second Departments. She has also perfected a successful appeal to our highest Court in the State of New York, the Court of Appeals.
A respected Bronx injury lawyer, Ms. Fafinski is an effective litigator who has spent her career protecting the rights of her clients in Brooklyn, Bronx, and throughout the City of New York.
She has counseled clients in a variety of different types of cases, including cases involving car accidents, medical malpractice and premises liability, to name just a few. She is a regular presence at the Bronx County Courthouse, and is known as a tough advocate who aggressively protects the rights of her clients.
She is a member of the Bronx County Bar Association as well as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
