Anthony Manetta is Managing Director and Founder of Cedar Communities, an investment company focused on owning and operating long term care facilities. Cedar has over 200 employees across three states. Additionally he is the principal of a tax incentive advisory firm that was founded after his successful tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of the Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency (IDA). During his time at the IDA he led the economic development branding efforts of the County leading to hundreds of millions of dollars in new economic activity. He also brought about accountability and transparency to the agency while creating a pro-business climate. Anthony has been recognized by several non-profits and business groups for his accomplishments. Giving back to the Long Island Community has been a cornerstone of his professional career. He sits on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Long Island and on the Board and Executive Board of the HIA-LI, the steward of the Innovation Park at Hauppauge, the second largest industrial park in the Country. Anthony is also a dedicated Public Servant serving as an Elected Town Councilman in the Town of Babylon. There he is Chairman of the Town of Babylon Small Business Committee.
