Bryan Anthony Polite is a Graduate of Southampton Highschool and John Jay College of Criminal Justice (B.A. Criminal Justice Concentration in the U.S. Court System). Mr. Polite worked as a Law Enforcement Officer for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe through 2004-2006 and is co-owner of Raindrop’s Quick Stop Convenience Store and Coffee Café. He is a four (4) term Trustee and three (3) term Chairman of the Shinnecock Nation. Chairman Polite has sat on numerous Shinnecock Government committees (Economic Development, Governance, Election committee, and Emergency Management) and has a deep understanding of the Shinnecock Nation’s organizational policies and procedures. Mr. Polite is also a Board member of Shinnecock Sovereign Holdings LLC a Federally Charted Section 17 Corporation which handles most economic endeavors of the Shinnecock Nation.
