Craig A. Eaton was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and presently resides in Bay Ridge with his wife Susan and their three children, Christopher, a graduate of Amherst College in Massachusetts and St. John’s Law School, Danielle, a graduate of Fordham University and New York University Graduate School , and Vincent, a graduate of Villanova University who currently attends Temple Medical School. He is a graduate of Xavier High School (NYC), New York University School of Business where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Finance and New York Law School where he received his Juris Doctor Degree.

After Law School he worked at the prestigious Manhattan Law Firms of Cooper Cohen Singer Ecker & Shainswit and Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, prior to forming his own Law Firm over 20 years ago, which has now merged into Eaton & Torrenzano, LLP a general practice Law Firm with offices in New York and New Jersey where he specializes in Complex Commercial Litigation and Criminal Litigation in Federal and State Courts, Corporate Law and commercial and residential Real Estate Transactions
