Dorothy Cheung is the Area Manager at JPMorgan Chase in the Downtown Flushing team. She manages a team of Business Relationship Managers dedicated to assisting business owners in managing their cash flow and achieving their financial goals. 

She began her career with Chase over 25 years ago, as a Management Trainee and held various roles including Branch Management, Business Lending Officer and Area Manager. In 2020, Dorothy had the opportunity to lead the expansion team for Downtown Flushing and was delighted to return to Queens, her hometown and where she spent most of her career. Dorothy values partnership, being a team player, and takes pride in serving the Small Business community. 

Dorothy was born and raised in Queens and currently resides on Long Island with her family. During her spare time, she is a swim mom to her son, Matthew (13) and enjoys golfing. Dorothy holds a Bachelor’s Degree from New York University.
