Founder and CEO of Custom Computer Specialists, one of Long Island’s largest technology firms, Greg Galdi and his wife Linda are as committed to developing innovative technologies as they are to giving back to the communities they serve. Together for over 25 years, they spend their time between Roslyn Harbor and Southampton and are frequently recognized for their philanthropic efforts. Most recently they received a Corporate Citizenship Award from the Long Island Business News.

Employing over 400 technicians and support staff throughout Long Island and Rhode Island, Linda and Greg were humbled to be voted Best Computer Services Firm on Long Island by the Long Island Press, although not surprised given how devoted their team is to the clients they serve. Since opening its doors in 1979 there have been many successes but perhaps none more so than the way the employees at Custom came together during COVID to not only deliver over 300,000 mobile devices to students, but they also developed an IT help desk to ensure students were able to connect to remote classrooms.

Greg is an avid auto racing enthusiast and sits on the board of the International Motor Racing Research Center. He was recently named to Long Island University’s Board of Trustees, is a board member of the HIA, has earned the Long Island University Southampton College’s Distinguished Alumnus Award, is a three-time Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, and honored member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
