Before becoming Senior Managing Director at Compass in the Hamptons, Joe Fuer spent nearly 15 years in NYC Real Estate. He built his career on his success as an accomplished sales agent before managing and inspiring others with his knowledge and experience. He is driven by cultivating and building leading agents and teams in the Industry.

In 2018 he joined the Expansion Team at Compass, where he helped establish emerging markets in Atlanta, South Florida, and Long Island before establishing roots on the East End. He has been thrilled and grateful to work with such an incredible team of real estate professionals at Compass in the Hamptons.

Joe and his family live in Sag Harbor. He likes to spend his free time trying to keep up with his two teenage boys surfing.
