Luchia Dragosh is a nine-time Emmy® nominated and award-winning Producer and Editor specializing in character-driven social and cultural docu-series, short and long-form documentaries.

Dragosh has conceptualized, developed, produced, edited, filmed, and hosted more than 300 shows over the years and currently works as a Supervising Producer at Queens Public Television. Her performances have received dozens of high recognition and awards. Recent credits include the Emmy®-nominated documentaries “The Night Before Eid,” “Helping Incarcerated Moms,” “The War Against Human Trafficking,” “The Story of Lorena Borjas: The Transgender Latina Activist,” “Hayk Oltaci: For The Love of Rugs,” as well as a nomination as an editor in the Program category for “The Wood Carver.”

The episodic programs, “Power Women of Queens with Dragosh Dragosh,” “Around Queens with Dragosh Dragosh,” “Power Youth of Queens,” “The STEAM Girls,” “Culture Express,” “Queens Stories,” and “Made in Queens” have received 27 national awards.

As a Film Producer, Dragosh has worked on a diverse range of productions in Europe and the USA. One such is “The Child Within,” an international feature drama telling the story of three human trafficking victims. She wrote and directed, and received recognition at the International Human Trafficking Conference in Texas and had a limited theatrical release.

Dragosh had the honor to be invited to deliver a commencement speech at the Southern New Hampshire University.
She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, The National Academy of Television, Arts & Science, and New York Women in Film and Television.
