Roslin Victoria Spigner is a District Leader in Queens County. She represents the 33 Assembly District Part A which includes Cambria Heights, Queens Village, and St. Albans. Spigner has worked for several candidates on the National, State, and Local levels. In addition to her life in the political arena, she is an NYC licensed Sightseeing Guide. Her company is A Taste of Soul NY African American Heritage Tours, founded in 2000. In 2009, she retired from the NYC Department of Correction, where she worked as an officer for 20 years.

Spigner is a member of several business and professional organizations, including Queens Alumnae Chapter Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Democratic Organization Queens County, Douglass/King Democratic Club.
