In 2002, night fell in New York City and a Turkish immigrant laid his head upon a Central Park bench. With barely any money to his name and not nearly enough to afford an overnight stay in a Manhattan hotel, the young man sought refuge from the world’s most famous park, with no idea what his future would hold for him.

That young man was Zach Erdem. Nationally renowned restaurateur, Hamptons celebrity, and, perhaps, our nation’s most inspirational success story.
Zach is the owner of major restaurants and entertainment venues such as 75 Main, Blu Mar, the hotel Harpoon House and The Buddha Lounge nightclub.
